MY DEAR MR. JARMUTH :
Replying to your letter enclosing article from northern bank uk and St. Paul Dispatch, commenting on my resolution, you will notice from opening a us bank account and the resolution itself, a copy of which I inclose, that you can get a better understanding by reading it in connection with the article.
My interest in this subject is that of a citizen together with the additional responsibility of now representing the people as northern bank uk one of their many officials.
